Basic: This is the full Homerun package. It includes 6 job slots, unlimited candidates, unlimited team members, and unlimited emails. It also includes a custom domain, custom branding, public API, version control, and priority support.

Plus: This is the tailored experience. It includes everything in the Basic plan plus 10 job slots.
All plans can be tried for free for 15 days. If you choose to pay yearly, you can save 15% or more. Non-profits get a 20% discount.

How To Open A Homerun Account?
To open an account on homerun.co, follow these steps:
- Open the app and create an account. It's as simple as that.
- From there, users can link their agent(s), or search for an agent if they don't have one. The platform is connected to over one million agents nationwide.
For added security, admins of Homerun accounts can set up a login policy in the Security settings of their account. They can choose to require logins with 2FA or SSO (Google or Microsoft), or logins using SSO. Any users that currently don’t log in with that method will then be notified to switch login methods. New users will only be able to create an account using the login method that is set in the login policy. The login policy can be set up on the Security page of the account. If there are any questions or feedback about this feature, an email can be sent to support@homerun.co.

Homerun Return Policy?
Homerun.co has a 30-day return policy. If not completely satisfied with a purchase, it may be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. Returned items must be in new condition, without any tags removed. A refund will be issued once the package is received and meets these requirements with the same method of payment used to make the purchase. Original freight charges from the order are not refundable.
Items marked as “Clearance”, discounted or sale items, and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return. Sliding Shorts, Compression Shorts, Underwear & Jock / Jill's are not eligible for exchange or return.
Items for return can either be brought to one of the retail locations or the item can be shipped back. It is recommended to always ship with a courier or Canada Post and obtain a tracking number. The customer is responsible for the return shipment costs and shipments sent via COD will not be accepted.
For all return shipments, a Return Authorization number is required. After receiving this number, appropriate return instructions and a mailing address for the closest Home Run Sports location to ship the package to will be provided.
If a package is delivered in a damaged condition, the option of refusing or accepting delivery is available. If choosing to accept the delivery of the damaged product, contact should be made immediately to arrange a Return Authorization for the damaged item(s).
In the unlikely event that an order is received and there are products that do not match the order confirmation, or there are products missing from the order, contact should be made immediately. The right product will be sent as quickly as possible and arrange for a return shipment of any incorrect item(s). If an order is incorrect and deemed a customer error, returns will be accepted up to 30 days after the order was placed. In these situations, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs with a return authorization generated prior to return. The return authorization must be clearly marked on the outside of the package in the address area.
